Our Vision
At Odan HealthCare Agency our vision is to provide the highest quality standards of service using a holistic unique person-centred approach and ensuring the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals.
We intend to meet our Service User needs by promoting and supporting their Independence, Safety, Social Inclusion, Choices, Improvement and Development within a home friendly environment.
We also want to ensure effective service delivery through our team of highly skilled and trained carers and other Healthcare Professionals who are effectively well-led and managed.
Our Mission Statement
At Odan HealthCare Agency our mission is to Provide Positive Pathways through our skilled carers providing service for individuals with tracheostomy, spinal injury, acute brain injury, advanced epilepsy, stoma, enteral feeding, parenteral feeding , and ventilatory support, providing tailored Care and Support according to the needs of the Individual in a friendly manner.
Our Commitment
At Odan HealthCare Agency, we are duty bound to our Service Users, their families and Commissioners to meet and adhere to all Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) guidance for providers of Adult Social Care under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) – Regulation 2014 (Part 3) and Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulation 2009 (Part 4).
To work collaboratively with other Multi-Disciplinary Teams and the families of Service Users to promote and support the Service Users Choice, Independence, Safety, Social Inclusion and Skills Enhancement, Empowerment, Improvement and Development within a home friendly environment.
Our Values
We will maintain competency and safeguarding service users care, while individual staff will be answerable to their misjudgement. That is taking personal responsibility for their action.
We insist on quality and strive to get the basics of quality of care - safety, effectiveness, and service users experience - right every time. We encourage and welcome feedback from service users, families, carers, and staff. Feedback is important to us as it enables us to improve the care we provide and build on our successes.
We value every person - whether service users, their families or carers, or staff - as an individual, respect their aspirations and commitments in life, and seek to understand their priorities, needs, abilities and limits. We take what others have to say seriously. We are honest and open about our point of view and what we can and cannot do.
We will ensure that all stakeholders are given means to have their voice heard and valued in decision making process. We will listen and take into action a good suggestion and feedback.
