Ongoing Training, Support and Supervision

At Odan HealthCare Agency, we pride ourselves in the delivery of excellent person-centred service tailored to the needs of our Service Users. To achieve this, we have identified our Affiliates as the focal point in our service delivery perfection. In line with this, we are committed to providing staff with the best possible on-going training, support, and supervision in collaboration with our training partners and providers. We have put together a comprehensive package for all our Affiliates to make them develop and gain in depth knowledge in their various areas of expertise whilst gaining additional knowledge to provide compassionate safe and highest quality care and support. All courses are accredited and meet nationally acceptable stand.

Training Obligation

This obligation will be achieved using face to face training and an e-learning portal covering all the mandatory training required for care. This enables all training to be logged and shown for compliance purposes.
